「We did not expect it to be a room in someone’s house. I thought it would feel intrusive on the stay and the entire experience. It turned to to be the opposite. It was a much needed, nice, peaceful stay that felt just as private as a hotel.」

「 10/10 StayFantastic location — close to great restaurants, banks, EV chargers, Walmart, downtown Phoenix, casinos, and murals. Everything we wanted to do was nearby.The place was clean and well set up. The queen air mattress was very easy to use—just turn it on and it inflates and shuts off automatically. With the chill gel cover and sheet on top, it was surprisingly nice. Easy stay overall and we’d definitely book again.」

「Very comfortable space with gated parking. The hosts were easy to contact and responded quickly to all inquiries. It was a short stop for us, but we would happily stay at this property for a longer visit to the area. 」

「No lighting getting to unit, creepy alley feeling. Outside are cute but not for small dogs. Multiple areas where they can escape. Pavers not level, big tripping hazard. Couple of electrical outlets with no faceplate or anchored. Hard to use. Toilet rocks. 」
