Because there are different units, it would be a great property if you had a few friends or couples that wanted their own privacy but to also stay together. Private backyard to socialise. The only drawback with sharing the property is the parking as it is one long driveway and so you may have to ask or be asked to move your vehicle so someone can get out. The neighbourhood isn't the prettiest but it felt safe and this property is very well kept....

"The property was just as advertised. Very nice studio apartment. It does not have a full kitchen, but there is a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave and this worked just fine for me. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. Check-in communication was great. The neighborhood was quiet and there is easy freeway access. Overall, a very nice stay."

"The unit was comfortable for two people and nicely decorated. The owners were very nice and helpful, I was somewhat uncomfortable with the direct asset door from their home into the unit with no way to lock it while we were in the unit. This was never a issue as we rarely saw the owners."

"Excellent location - safe & walkable neighborhood. Super unique & very nicely updated exterior. Interior was definitely sufficient for 2 people. Very well stocked with just the perfect amount of essentials. This unit was clean, smelled nice, attractive decor and all around **perfect**. I loved that it had a gated entrance w/ keypad for safety. Keyless entry was easy. Vince was an awesome host.
