Great property and location for families

Excellent property in a quiet location but within walking distance (1 mile) of Polzeath by country path. Ideal for family get-together with nice patio, large garden and games room.

A Beautiful Home in a Wonderful Location

April Cottage was spotlessly clean on arrival and during our stay it also became apparent that it is superbly equipped with everything you could need. It’s a very peaceful location but just a 20 min walk across the golf course to Polzeath beach. The garden is lovely just be aware that it is not enclosed if bringing dogs or small children. We would definitely return!

Family gathering

We have stayed in Roserrow many times, though this is our first visit to April Cottage. The location is outstanding - near the beach, by the golf course, quiet and relatively secluded. The 'cottage' was excellent - spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The younger member of the family particularly liked the games room (garage) and all the sports kit. The garden and surrounds are well maintained and fitted our requirements well. The only reason we dropped 'value for money' by one point is that the 4pm arrival on day one and 10am departure on the last day is limiting; we understand the Covid issue and cleaning but guests at the property would welcome some relaxation when possible.

We stayed at April Cottage for a week and certainly will return. Super-spacious, generously equipped, wonderful patio and garden, table tennis in the garage for family fun. Ideal for a big get-together.

Lovely home

Beautiful house in lovely situation, looking out over small lake surrounded with lillies, and ducks with ducklings. Spacious inside and out, and a pleasure to be there. Beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could need. Even a large games room with table tennis table and other games. We really enjoyed being here with our children and grandchildren.
