「工作人員不誠實，帳單錯誤經過反應還是硬辯。例如被告知的meal plan for價格最後被亂算，並且還多收一天。經過反應還說meal plan不能一天單買⋯⋯ 並且還竄改帳單細節。這樣價格住宿卻是這樣的管理水準，很失望！」

「We really enjoyed our stay. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and more than we could eat. Food in the restaurant is good and reasonably priced. 「Kids in owners part of house were very noisy and sometimes right next door to us. It was called an eco lodge but we could see anything eco about the facilities. Only thing it was in a quiet part of Pacific Harbour with a grass area behind and not many buildings near. The large dog was always in yard. She was friendly bit a bit noisy as she barked at passers by. She was left outside in heavy rain which lasted all day, which worried us. I dinot receive any responce to 2 messages to owner.
