Peaceful family retreat at Waihi Beach

Relax and unwind with the whole family at our beautiful holiday home at Waihi Beach. Located just a 2min drive from the lively town centre, and an easy 7min walk to the stunning beach - get to all the local shops, cafes, bars and playgrounds with ease.

Our lovely, warm & light home is set up for an unforgettable stay - from the coffee machine and comfortable beds, to the kids books and puzzles. The house is tucked away on a quiet street with plenty of room for off street parking.

The space
Get ready for an awesome trip away! Our modern, clean and comfortable home is well set up for families and friends alike and promises a great getaway, with all the conveniences you would expect, and more!

Inside you will find:

***A lovely and light, open plan kitchen, living and dining area, including:
- A well stocked kitchen with everything you might need - Nespresso coffee machine, good quality pots and pans, a dishwasher, baking equipment, all the basics and more.
- A dining area with a spacious dining table and bench seats, perfect for big family dinners as well as intimate nights in.
- A lounge area with a nice big and comfortable couch, a 55" TV and connected sound system, as well as a selection of games and card sets for adults and kids. The heat pump unit in the living area ensures you can stay warm during winter, and cool on those summer days! Complementary Wifi is also available throughout.

***Three well-appointed bedrooms, including:
- Two bedrooms with comfortable king size beds, bedside tables and good wardrobe space.
- One bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, and a selection of kids books, puzzles and activities to keep the kids busy!
All rooms have quality beds and mattresses, warm fresh bedding and linen, nice big windows, black out blinds and heaters available if needed.

***Two bathrooms, both recently renovated, with toilets, basins and large showers, as well as good size mirrors in both. The main bathroom includes a hairdryer and other basic toiletries for guests to use. This bathroom has a small laundry off to the side, including a washing machine right beside the door that leads out to the washing line out the back.

***A converted garage directly off the lounge area that is perfectly set up as an extra play area. Carpeted, with plenty of couches and seating.

Out the front you will find an outdoor dining area set up to make the most of the morning and daytime sun, with shade for those hot afternoons. This looks out over the lawn for you and the kids to kick a ball around on, and ample parking space.

Complimentary EV charging is available for guests - this requires a Type 2 charging cable (BYO cable).

Waihi Beach offers stunning beaches, exceptional walking and running and biking trails, gorgeous cafes, bars and restaurants, and a number of great kids playgrounds. After a day on the beach, checking out local shops or exploring nature, come home and unwind in our cozy home - grab a glass of wine, cook a lovely dinner and just relax!
Guest access
Access is via a lock box, with details sent to guests prior to arrival.
You will have full access to the property during your stay, with the owners personal belongings out of sight.
Other things to note
A few small things to note:
- Bed linen and bathroom towels are included in the nightly rate.
- We ask that guests bring their own beach towels and refrain from using the bathroom towels outdoors.
- There is ample parking onsite for 4-5 vehicles.
- Strictly no parties/events. Please observe the house rules.
-There is a security camera above the garage door. Sound is disabled.
