Fantastic family home located within walking distance from Waikerie high street, riverfront, swimming pool and leisure centre.
The space
Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen and living areas and a covered outdoor entertaining area complete with bbq. Covered double carport and driveway for secure off road parking.

Kitchen and dining area equiped with a dishwasher, glass cook top and oven.
Expansive living area with entertainment including TV, Telstra box, Netflix and unlimited NBN Internet.
Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning covers the living areas and upstairs bedrooms.

Modern 2st floor bathroom features a free standing bath, double vanity unit and waterfall shower. Downstairs bathroom with shower attached to utilities with washing machine and tumble dryer.
