Families embrace 1,930sf of space in this 2-level home so luxe there’s no reason to leave! Prep meals in the modern kitchen or on the lanai’s grill. Perks include a master suite with soaking tub and glass-wall shower, laundry, flat screens, WiFi and AC. Sleeps 8 in 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins and 1 Sofa bed.

Amid 29 acres stretching along Waikoloa’s Beach Course and the Pacific, Hali`i Kai indulges with a cascading pool, restaurant and fitness cabana. Enjoy Waikoloa Resort’s ocean excursions, hiking trails, shopping, dining and beautiful sunsets.

A 3-night minimum is required for arrivals from January 3 - December 25. A 5-night minimum stay is required for arrivals from December 26 - January 2.

Happy in Hawaii

We had a fantastic vacation in Hawaii. The condo suited us perfectly (everything one needs in a home - well appointed kitchen, comfortable living spaces and a wonderful lanai. The complex was beautiful and the island is breathtaking.

Fun Place for Family

The property is very nice and close to everything. It is a very big, resort style, community with lots of activities near by. My only issue is the AC in the room was inoperable. The Nest in the building did not work at all. The owner stated it was working but in fact it was not. We were without AC for a day and half and it took a full day for the maintenance to fix it by having a AC tech come out to replace the thermostat with one that works. The AC guy said the sensors were wired wrong into the unit. Still awaiting some sort of assistance with accommodating the issue as promised by the resort. Other than that the resort was great and a wonderful place for us to enjoy the holiday.
