Great condo!

This condo was great! It’s very clean, well decorated and has everything to make your stay comfortable. We sure enjoyed it. Pool pass is a great bonus - we were able to use it multiple times. We were met by the property manager- who was extremely helpful and friendly! We definitely will book again with.

Great stay near Waikoloa Beach

I would argue this is the best unit in the entire set of villas. Spacious, clean, literally right next to the pool/spa/exercise room. Close enough to everything that you can do all your sightseeing but has so much nearby you can just stay there if you want. There were 6 of us and it was fantastic, everyone agrees. Getting the Hilton passes is also amazing, all the resort perks without the resort prices. Would 100% stay again!

Outstanding host and property in Waikoloa

Excellent family property in Waikoloa. Very modern and clean. Great and well stocked kitchen. Nice amenities. Extremely helpful property manager who was available at all times. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure.

Stay was to short to really appreciate all the amenities and surroundings.As a comparison with other facilities your kitchen was well equipped and your covered garage was nice to have(as long as it is not cluttered, cause space is limited). Stairs to bedrooms not advisable for elder people or handicapped.

Best place for families in Waikoloa!

This house has it all. We are a large family of 6 and picked this house because it had 3 bedrooms, 3 large couches downstairs (this is always hard to find- everyone needs a place to sprawl out!), AND daily pool passes to the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort! It's a really nice, clean, and fully stocked house in a nice community and nearby to everything. My step son (24) could walk/run pretty much anywhere to the grocery store or A-Bay. We took the car and could get anywhere we needed within a 5 min drive. Great house for toddlers, kids, and adults! Very nice house manager and overall was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!!

Comfortable with everything we needed.

The condo complex was well laid out and clean with lovely plantings. The condo units in the building were well insulated from each other and nicely designed. We were right next to the pool which our family used every day. Our property manager was super responsive and helpful. It was so easy to walk around the area. Groceries could be obtained by driving to nearby areas.
