Beautiful resort in walking distance of everything!

The resort is beautiful with tropical flowers and bananas growing right outside your doorstep. The pool is gorgeous and you look out on a golf course. So much fun to be able to walk to stores and restaurants and to the beach Only problem was they gave us the wrong code to the gate. They need to update that.

Lovely!

We live in Oahu but have lived in Tokyo and Singapore for many years. We have stayed at Fairway Villas multiple times, but this was my first time in this unit. This property is well-appointed and comfortable, and communication from the rental company was excellent! We look forward to renting again in the future.

Very comfortable accommodation for our family of four

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was just as advertised. Check in was smooth and the host very responsive to questions. Appreciated that the apartment was well stocked with beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards.

Enjoyed our stay

Stayed at this property to be close to our friends during our visit to Hawaii for a wedding. This condo was well stocked and comfortable. We were pleased to see there was an elevator so we didn't have to carry our suitcases up three floors. The patio overlooking the golf course was nice also.

Excellent stay!

Amazing property. Beautiful condo- has all the amenities you could need including 4 beach chairs, umbrellas,beach towels, beach bags and multiple coolers! Absolutely will return walking distance to shopping , restaurants and grocery. Long walk/ short drive to Waikoloa beach ( free) - best sand beach short drive to Hāpuna beach (daily charge). Will definitely return!

Great location

Everything was great, good kitchen utensils, sharp knives, good beds, couch that could be replaced soon. Excellent communication with the property manager. We had an issue with the fridge and they attended to it right away. The A/C unit is not the best, but a fan is in every room on the ceiling, and lots of cross air with the windows and doors open.

Nice unit, watch out for air conditioning

We loved our 2 bedroom condo with updated kitchen appliances and all the necessities for cooking, cleaning and beach gear. The air conditioning failed to work between 3:00 and midnight daily except for the 2 times we contacted staff. Within 15-20 min after a "reset on their end", the air conditioner miraculously worked well. Should have called each night it occurred.

Best condo yet in Waikaloa

We've staying in the area many times, but never at the Fairway Villas. It's my favorite now. Great location, pool and unit. ALOHA!

Fairway Villa

Great quiet location with golf course view, supplied with everything we needed. Unfortunately A/C was not working properly and management tried very hard to resolve. We would come back again!

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed 4 nights in this lovely home. It was just as pictures was shown, clean and very well stocked with lovely furnishings. The location was great and easy to get to shopping and beach. We enjoyed the covered lanai every morning as it was peaceful with a great cool breeze. Highly recommend!

Pleasant view

The view was lovely and there was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. The pool was a little small and often crowded, but otherwise it was a great place to stay. I would recommend some new beach equipment as well, but we made due!

Great Location & Nicely Appointed Unit

The Fairway Villas are in a great location on the Kohala Coast and this unit is nicely furnished. The condo is in a prime spot for views and pool access. The designated parking spot is near. The community pool is now heated, which makes the Fairway Villas even more of a plus.

Disrupted vacation

Great location, beautiful condo, HOWEVER, the air conditioner was non functioning when we moved in so our vacation was disrupted by maintenance three times!! Not enjoyable! The ac should have been checked before we checked in. Thanks for taking care of the issue, but the disruptions were definitely annoying.
