「We loved staying here and wish we could've stayed a few more days! Ross was so welcoming from the moment we got there. The views were gorgeous and the house was lovely. I would recommend sleeping with earplugs as there is a train the goes by at night, but otherwise the stay was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「We were living in the room close to the main road. It could be quite haunting during the night and I was almost sleepless during the first night. And I have to leave all the lights on to make it looks like people are awake. I tried to use the hot bath but the room is locked all the time. Hotels.com is definitely responsible to manifest a 10 out 10 rating in this hotel, it’s simply not that good! Strongly won’t suggest ladies and kids to stay alone. 」

「We stayed at the property for one night. Beautiful house with a nice deck and view. Wish we had stayed for more than one night. The set up of the living space, the photographs and artworks have added extra dimension to the property. Huge front yard with a trampoline for kids. TT at the garage, nice insulation and heating. We will stay there again and highly recommended. 」

「The man that ran the place was very kind and straight to the point heaps of utilities in the kitchen so you wouldn’t have to bring a whole pan or potato masher, the kitchen and toilet are shared but it was still great. The heater was warm and me and my friends had a great time 」

「Nice place to stay. Pretty close to the town centre and all the amenities. Well maintained place with good facilities.Easy stay for a family of 4.Kitchen was decently stocked up with essentials and had all the right utensils for a short stay. Wifi and heatpump was missing which would be kind of good to have. Will chose this place any day we come to visit Ruapehu. Thanks Richard」
