「The house had an overall grimy dirty feel to it. Cobwebs and spiders in the corners of windows etc. lots of flies. Messy lawn and rubbish outside. House served its purpose in terms of giving us all a bed to sleep in but that’s about it. Shower head was broken. No top sheets on beds. Overall pretty gross.」

But for 2x men who usually have our wives do everything for us, the instructions were easy & we settled in well after travelling to Auckland for the NZ Warriors vs Penrith Panthers match. Thank you」

「This may have been my favorite VRBO yet. It’s in a good location, has everything you need, and the yard is spectacular. It is minutes from wine country, an amazing restaurant called Bodega, plenty of everyday shopping. This is NOT a tourist area. It’s got a very secure gate, in a safe neighborhood. We couldn’t have asked for more.」

「Home had sufficient beds for our group and was convenient for visiting family. Cleanliness was average. The kitchen was poorly equipped for the amount of people the home is able to host. There were insufficient utensils to cook with, cookware was in poor condition (warped pans with flaky teflon) and not enough cutlery and crockery. When we arrived the wifi wasn’t working and I got no response from the host. We eventually figured out it wasn’t even connected and fixed the cables ourselves. 」
