“Wonderful, relaxing, quiet marina. Everything you need is nearby. The boat is well maintained, very clean, and has all the essentials. While some of us went to a concert, the others just relaxed and enjoyed the peace. Boston has something for everyone!!!”

“The host was very communicative, the yacht was in good shape, and the marina was modern and centrally located. We especially liked the proximity to the ferry, and the bath house was an important resource to leverage in order to efficiently get through showers with five people. Besides for the two bedrooms, there are plenty of unique spots to unwind and sleep, both inside and out on deck. ”

“We only stayed 2 nights but it was so conveniently located. Within walking distance to all our needs and not far from attractions. Didn't have to take the car anywhere. This was my first time using VRBO and all my questions were answered by the property owners including advice requests. Overall great experience”

“We really enjoyed our stay in the Patriot. it was a very unique experience and a fantastic way to enjoy Boston. The location was phenomenal. The Patriot is like a tugboat and a yacht made a baby! We enjoyed the top deck. We saw very big ships! There are four beds. All comfortable. All had nice views of the city and harbor. We recommend it to other families wanting to stay in Boston. There are very good restaurants nearby within walking distance. It's next to the North End. and if you like……

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful VRBO property, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts put a lot of thought and care into making their guests feel welcome. The boat house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch—everything from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds and stylish living areas……

“This was the best place we have ever stayed. This boat is perfect and the location is amazing. Jon and Karen were so responsive and helpful. The bathrooms are small and could be difficult to manage but that’s to be expected on a boat. The banana bread (baked by Karen) and other pastries were a great grab and go either late night or in the mornings. This was a great experience in the harbor - seeing the other boats and watching the ships come thru. We loved it! ”

“This was a fun and unique place to stay. The common space was bigger than expected and very comfortable. The boat was a little difficult to board, especially with luggage but doable for the average person.”

“Our two night stay started at 10pm when we arrived from the airport. The owners let us know ahead of time that Sherrie, the property manager, would be meeting us at the pier to show us to the property. This was a little confusing when I was originally told, but made total sense when we got there! If Sherrie hadn’t met up with us, we would have been lost! She walked us down the pier, showed us how the security gate worked, and showed us all the ins and out of the area. She was very personable and……
