Das Haus war toll! Aber: die Betten waren nicht bezogen (kennen wir bisher anders), das Geschirr und das Besteck in den Schränken war dreckig, es wird zwar eine Sauna angeboten, aber keinerlei zusätzliche Handtücher (auch auf Nachfrage nicht). Die Beleuchtung im Flur ging nicht. Am nöchsten Tag waren auch die Elektriker da. Das Problem dabei, sie klingelten nicht, sondern standen einfach mitten im Haus und wir schliefen noch alle. Das geht gar nicht. Bei einem Haus in der Preisklasse erwarte ich mehr Kundenservice. Deshalb: nein, nochmal würden wir das Haus nicht buchen. Da gibt es viele andere Häuser mit mehr Häusern, in denen man sich als Gast willkommen fühlt.

Nous avons eu une magnifique escapade familiale dans ce chalet, L'endroit est vraiment spacieux et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable, Nous avons apprécié le poêle suédois, cela ajoutait une belle touche, L'emplacement était parfait pour explorer les chutes d'eau de Krimml, et nous avons même pu randonner sur des sentiers à proximité, Juste un petit conseil, vous devez réserver le sauna à l'avance, ce qui est un peu ennuyeux mais en vaut la peine, Dans l'ensemble, un excellent rapport qualité-prix et nous reviendrions certainement !
