"Very comfortable, nice staff, room was in excellent condition, breakfast was delightful and the attendant was very charming and helpful. This facility was convenient to shopping and easy access to major thoroughfares and good restaurants nearby, two in walking distance. One of the nicest facilities we have stayed at."

"Typical downtown hotel. Room, restaurant, people were all great, location very good as well. Parking way too expensive. Cost $30 to park in garage connected to hotel...only $7 overnight in the garage just north of hotel. If I wouldn't have accidently entered the expensive garage, I'd have been much happier."

"The property was very undated and beautifully decorated. The landscaping outside was very well done also. We have stayed in some so so places in Pigeon Forge but after staying at Riverstone Resort we wont stay anywhere else. The price is very reasonable too especially with all the amenities it has to offer. "

"This was a wonderful place to stay and very budget friendly. Great location. The room was clean and spacious, had a microwave and fridge which is helpful. Loved the wildlife off the balcony, geese and ducks, several woodchucks and even a skunk ha! The staff were nice and helpful, and we enjoyed the free breakfast. It was biscuits, gravy, sausage, potatoes, eggs, pancakes, toast, yogurt, canned fruit, grits and oatmeal. My only slight recommendation would be to add real butter packets and some shredded cheese to breakfast for the grits and eggs, not a margarine fan. "
