No issues with check in or during our stay, but the manager did email us during our stay and provided means to comminicate if needed. 「The cabin was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and enjoying the view. It's a perfect couples or girls trip cabin. The description was accurate and the host was responsive whenever we had a question. She was so nice to provide a list of her favorite local restaurants. You are at the top of a mountain - we looked down on the upper Ober tram landing. The host is correct that you need to be comfortable with mountain driving as the road up from Gatlinburg is steep and twisting....
