I own my own home I wouldn't have booked the location to let them have a night out if I would have known we would be sharing the house with multiple seperate guest.”

“Frequent this location when visiting our granddaughter. There are 2 bonuses that now cause us to seek out Springhill Suites. The floor level pull out trundle is wonderful when you have a toddler sleeping in a new location. The toilet with a 2nd sink being separate is huge! These are both great commodities. Staff has always been friendly and tried to accommodate any need we have. The breakfast has always been good. Thank you”

“I was disappointed with my recent stay. When I checked in, I was not given the opportunity to add my rewards number because I booked through Expedia. I understand the reservation was made through a third party, but I should still have been offered the option to receive credit for my stay if the hotel’s loyalty program allows it. Additionally, I stayed for two nights, and my room was never cleaned. When I asked about it, I was told the hotel was at full capacity and that I should have requested……
