"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"One of the best hotels—friendly staff, nicely located over the hill with easy access even for senior citizens, vintage style home decor and large windows bringing in cool fresh breeze, restaurant area with numerous food/beverage options! Parking underground and on the hill. "

"Das einzige was ein paar Sterne mehr verdient ist Personal was Frühstück betreut. Gesamte Rest ist im Bezug auf Preis-Leistung eine pure Katastrophe. Ein ganz besonderes Apel an miserabel organisierte Parkmöglichkeiten! Alles in einem absoluter Reinfall nicht zu empfehlen!"

Check-in went smoothly and we were offered a nice beverage upon arrival. The room is spacious and very clean with many of the necessary amenities. "Not very quiet...could hear guests in other rooms and in the halls. Toilet down the hall. No privacy with shower in corner of room. Cleaning service did not knock, but just tried to open the door 45 minutes before check-out. "

"Wir haben zufällig ein Apartment bekommen, was mit einer Küche und Kühlschrank voll ausgestattetet war, das hat uns sehr gefallen! Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und wir konnten es gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen."

"Lovely hotel! I had a very spacious superior single room with balcony, with an amazing view! Great breakfast, great spa area. I enjoyed a lot the pool, water temperature was perfect and the size was enough for a relaxed swim. "
