"If you’re looking for a cheap alternative, this is the place. It’s in a great area with lots of restaurants and nightlife. But when it comes to the motel, very poor service. I was there for four days three nights with three family members and we only had two towels to shower. I asked to have the trash cleaned out and extra towels and never receive clean towels and the only reason they took the trash out was because I left the trash cans outside of our room, you could also tell the cleanliness by licking that your socks. Floors were disgustingly dirty. Linens were clean, but had holes. Just think you guys should know."

"Clean room. Easy check in. Parking first come first served but no issues finding a garage. For one night stop en route to final destination and after two weeks touring around N California it was ideal. Good position for bars and restaurants. A bit noisy and small room but for secure parking and one night stay, fitted the bill. "

"Parking was easy and secure. It’s a safe area. Bed was sooo firm I thought I was sleeping on a piece of wood. Property was clean but on a budget. "

"Best thing about this property is its location. Can't be beat. Easy walk to Palace of Fine Arts and Crissy Fields. Free parking is 2nd best thing. Now.. when you put these two pluses together, no need to look further. Property is old, needs update, but it's clean. Parking is a tight squeeze, but free. Typical motel, but location, location, location!"

" I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, parking is free (which is a huge plus), and the price is quite affordable compared to other options in the area. However, there were a few disappointments that impacted our stay. The listing was a bit misleading, we were expecting a mini fridge in the room, but there wasn’t one. The TV was also not working during our stay, and while the room was clean, it definitely looked like it could use some maintenance and updating and the walls are pretty thin you could hear others next door. One of the biggest issues was the lack of clarity in the online description. Had the amenities and room details been more accurately described, I likely would have chosen to upgrade to a different room. Additionally, Expedia indicated that early check-in was available for a fee, but when I asked the front desk, I was told this wasn’t an option and had to wait until the standard 3 PM check-in time. It would be helpful if this information were clearly and accurately reflected online to avoid confusion. Overall, the stay was okay for the price, but better transparency in the listing would have made a big difference in managing expectations. "
