For the price its good. Bed was clean and comfy. But expect things like stains on the walls, and damaged furniture and other things that you would never see at a more expensive hotel.

It was passable, but definitely run down. Hair dryer didn’t work. Weird paint touch ups made the walls look like they had the measles. Peeling ceiling. But the bed was comfortable.

Entrance to property was hard to find. Desk staff was very nice. Room was clean, but not well maintained (peeling paint, non-working lightbulbs, detached baseboard). Was fine for a nights stay when we just needed to sleep and shower.

Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed out chat with her suggestions for dining etc. had a problem with our tv remote and she came right up to help! We would stay there again. We stayed in a La Quinta in Charlotte on the road the night before and it was not as nicely kept and staff not as nice and helpful as Red Roof Inn which surprised me!

The room was nice and we were moved to a room that smelled better, since the first one smelled like smoke. The only real negative was that we believed there was a breakfast included, but there was not. It was comfortable enough for a night and close to the freeway.

Property requires renovating. We did not use the tub as it was not appropriate for use. The entire tub was flaking (tub enamel). The was no TV cable working either. Found dirt under the bed skirt that appeared to be missed during cleaning. Front desk staff very friendly and provided excellent customer service. No breakfast provided; only coffee available.

Poor conditions, safety concern

Exposed wires where smoke detector had been removed. Room smelled of smoke though was non-smoking, burn holes in bedding Took photos and returned to desk as I did not want to be charged for damages. He acted surprised but said they had no other available rooms. Morning clerk was very friendly, let me know my concerns were noted and the night clerk is part of owner’s family.

The room smelled very clean upon entering. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and bright. Toiletries were available and a coffee machine in the room. Dixie at the front office was cheerful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. Waffles, sausage, little omelets and fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice.
