The hotel is in terrible, rundown condition. We booked it online so were unaware until we arrived. We were assigned room 142. We parked at the rear to access our room and there were a bunch of slovenly looking people on the balconies, in cars and walking around. It seemed to me they were living in the hotel on a permanent basis but I could be wrong. There were puddles of urine near our car, a personal bbq grill in the middle of the parking lot, people yelling at each other. I felt like we'd entered the ghetto. We had been on the road for 17 hours so were too tired to make a change so we decided to stay. I moved my car near the front entryway of the hotel because I was worried about it being broken into. The room was musty but otherwise just tired. The bathroom was horrendous. The shower walls were stained, the door was curled out at the bottom due to water damage, the shower/tub fixtures were roughly sealed with calking and looked like the job was done by a blind person. The wall behind the toilet was 'bubbling' from either water or urine damage. This was our first ever stay at Best Western and I doubt we'll ever return.
