"We didn't realize it was a hostel until we got there. It was a good stay though. Easy access to restaurants and shops in the downtown Wanaka. Our room was good for the one night we were there. It would have been a bit small for us if we were staying longer. There was also a place we could leave some of our extra groceries for other travellers. The staff was really friendly. Off street parking was an extra $10 night."

"We had a great stay, despite our 1st room and 1st night being difficult as we were placed in a room directly in front of tennis courts and later to find out a basketball court! Which was used a lot in the evening. Luckily we were able to be moved to another apartment which was MUCH nicer overall in terms of being in better shape and comfortable beds and also quiet."
