Nestled in one of Wanaka’s prestigious suburbs, this brand-new, elegantly furnished 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home delivers the ideal mix of luxury, space, and location. Set just one quiet street from the lakefront and directly opposite the iconic Wanaka Tree, one of New Zealand’s most photographed natural landmarks, the home offers stunning mountain & lake views and easy access to the lake, all within a peaceful, well-established neighbourhood.

At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, perfect for relaxing with family or entertaining friends. Large sliding doors open out to a sun-drenched deck with a welcoming outdoor dining space, ideal for soaking up Wanaka’s natural beauty over a meal or a glass of wine.

Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a private balcony with lake views, ideal for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee with a view. This luxurious space also includes a generous walk-in wardrobe and a modern ensuite bathroom, providing the perfect private escape within the home. Each of the additional three bedrooms are beautifully furnished, offering plenty of space for families or groups.

Beautiful, clean and fresh home with plenty of space to relax after long days at cardrona and treble cone. Great location with easy access to town centre and ski slopes. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again in the future.
