“In one word: amazing!. We booked two nights at Ozen Resort in October. I was a bit anxious when driving there because the accommodation is fairly new and there were limited info online and was not really sure what to expect. I could not have been more positively surprised. The resort is in an incredible location 20 mins from Paro (great paved road to get there), with sweeping views of the mountains and super quiet. There are 12 villas, we were upgraded to a 3 floors one which was insanely large,……

“Excellent property with superb hospitality. HOWEVER, all guests are advised to inform the kitchen staff about their meal plans and to choose menu. ALSO please inform the reception when you want a HOT shower / bath”

“Good hotel but they had nothing to do contrary to what was shown and staged on the website. The staff was helpful. Nice property but it’s in a remote area and the hotel had a spa but no one working there !”
