“Middle of summer in the pool was not opened it was not advertised on the website. The continental breakfast was nothing but. Tiny store bought muffins one cereal and yogurt no Bagels Donuts or any other breakfast items. Very disappointing. However the rooms were very clean and nice comfortable beds it was quiet and the staff at the front desk was amazingly helpful and respectful and polite.”

“I booked through Expedia. My card was charged twice. We arrived at 3am EXHAUSTED and the nearest open rooms were around 20 miles away. When I went to check in and I told them my name for the reservation the staff looked at each and said that room wasn't clean. They then proceeded to tell me about how short staffed they were and the one was on more than a double shift at that point. So my family and I were without a room and our funds were locked up with my card having 2 room charges on it.……
