I would recommend communicating via text or call with the property owners instead of VRBO during your stay for quicker replies. Steve, the host, provides everything you need for a perfect stay -- there were plenty of beach towels, kitchen towels, coffee pods, tea choices, and even sunscreen. The use of the boat made for a perfect week. The boat house was full of life jackets and water sport activities. And there were 4 kayaks, 2 SUP, and a canoe that got a lot of use.
