「If you like being by the water, this is it. It is nice for a small family or a couple. The place is tight but that is expected for a 2Br 1 bath. This is the bottom unit. There is an upstairs unit so be ready for people walking upstairs.Things to be ready for:1. Make sure you ask for the hard key. Their electronic lock did not work for us. The battery died. 2. Communication with the host was OK. It was unfortunate for us the host was on vaca so the communication was not the best but we did resolved...

「I stayed at this house with some colleagues for a week while we attended a work conference. We found the house to be in great condition and very clean. Alise was a kind host and she stayed in communication with me during the entire process, including leading up to check-in. I would book this house again in the future and I recommend this property for future guests.」

「Had a very nice stay here when we were in town for a wedding. The property is tucked back away from major roads, in a nice quiet area. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! The Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms was plenty spacious for the four of us to share and the half bath on the first floor came in handy. Great communication and responsiveness from the host.」

「Loved this little place! It is actually a little bigger than I had imagined as a 2/1 unit. Very nicely decorated. Spotless when we checked in. Easy access provided for door lock right on time as promised. Great water pressure. Enough personal bath stuff on hand to certainly make it through several days. Plenty of towels. Beautiful hardwood floors with strategic rug placement. Very communicative owner. The beds! Oh so soft & cozy. Close to many great local restaurants & bars (if...

「Cute place that needs some TLC. The pool chairs have holes in them, the patio chairs are rusted, the fence in the yard has fallen over in several places, there are window screens that have huge holes in them, there are holes in the wall that have been patched but not painted, the blinds in one of the bathrooms were broken, and the swimming pool shell is falling down in several spots. There was also a gross interior carpet that was laying next to the porch outside. These things are easily fixable...
