An inviting centrally located retreat

This home offers 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen and in the second bedroom there is a double and 1 single. The bedrooms comes with electric blankets to keep you toasty in winter.

There is a bathroom with corner spa bath and a separate laundry. The home has a relaxing living space, with gas log fire to keep you cosy in the winter and double doors open through into a separate dining room.

Throughout the house you will find polished hardwood floor boards, finished with blackwood trims. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space with everything you could need for your stay.

Outside you'll find a private paved courtyard BBQ area which provides an inviting summer retreat. Ideal for relaxing after a busy day around town or a day at the beach. There is a lock-up garage for your use during your stay.

Lovely quiet location Well equipped house- kitchen and laundry has everything you need. Great location for walking to options for eating out or returning home with your takeaway. Layout of furniture needs reconsidering so that doors in bedrooms can be closed or more fully opened. Parking options are limited to small size vehicles otherwise it is paid parking on the street Feel that the property needs a really good clean, but this could be just because it is an older building.

Excellent access to Warrnambool central

Thanks to Jamie for making this neat and architecturally interesting (Art Deco) place available. It is well appointed and easy to find, and close to the centre of Warrnambool. We enjoyed being able to step out quickly for food, and to walk down to the beach. Some clearer information about parking if you have a larger car would have been useful - parking is free around the corner on Banyan st. and 4hourly in front of the house, But the garage is handy if you have a small car. I would love to stay here again. 4.5🌟
