“We arrived about 11pm to check in
The person working didn’t know how to operate the key machine to get into our room
We waited in the hallway for over 45 minutes with many other guests to get into our room
Then asked for a later check out due to not getting in our room and were told no
The next morning at 10:53 housekeeping knocked on our door and told us we needed to check out- check was supposed to be 11 am
We have never been to a hotel that knocked on our door to tell us to leave

“Arrived and was given literally zero direction on getting into our cabin, expectations or process of needs for the week. First night we spent the evening at Boondockz and had a freaking blast with the locals. Drinks were great and there was plenty of things for the kids 12& over to do.
The rest of the week we had a heck of a time catching anyone in the office for things needed.
The cabin…. There is so much potential for this cabin but man the whole place needs some TLC. I loved the cabin but……

“Great place. We loved the historical signs and display cases with artifacts around the hotel. The celebration in the town square was a nice bonus. Very quiet and quaint. I wish we'd have had more time to do a little fishing.”
