Location is far enough back from the road to be safe for all ages, but off a busy road near a school and park- feels like a suburban neighborhood rather than a beach vacation spot. Exactly what we were looking for There was a problem with the people living upstairs & the noise at night made hard for us to get to sleep. Apparently, you can hear every word etc they're talking about. They were not disruptive, they were not being rude just there. Walking around around and talking could be heard in the bedroom too easily. no ones fault"

The shared lawn with games and picnic tables was amazing, and the houses were very comfortable and clean - outdoor showers were a favorite for everyone (kids and adults alike)!
