Great place

Beautiful and spacious home with all amenities. Only wish there was a subway station closer . Walking distance to grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants, very safe. Highly recommend!

Wonderful house in a family friendly neighborhood

We had a lovely stay for a long weekend when we visited the city for a family members wedding. The home was plenty big for all of our needs and well appointed. It was close to shops and restaurants but had a very family friendly feel to the neighborhood. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again when we visit DC!

Great Property

Property was clean and well stocked. We had one issue with the safe, but it was addressed immediately. Close to two markets and easy streetcar ride to Union Station. Quality of the bathroom products was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend. Thanks Lu for making our stay a pleasant one.

Family DC Visit

Great place to stay to visit DC. Easy in and out of the city and close to Union Station and restaurants so getting around DC is easy. Nice, safe Neighborhood.

Family DC trip

We were more than satisfied with this location. The place was clean, well-stocked, in a quiet neighborhood and close to all the downtown happenings. Correspondence with the owner and his assistant was easy and their responses were quick. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location - Great Host - Beautiful Place!

We chose this rental for its fantastic location, and it did not disappoint! It’s super convenient to Union Station, making it easy to hop on the Metro and explore the city. The property itself was spotless, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed.What truly set this stay apart was the host—absolutely outstanding! They were incredibly responsive, even with the smallest questions, and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay in a prime location, this is the place. Lovely home in a great neighborhood

Clean, well appointed, lovely home in a really fun neighborhood that is both peaceful and has lots of things in walking distance. Perfect place to meet my college age son and his friend for a weekend visit. We will be very happy to stay here again.

Marine Corp Marathon

We came into town for the marathon and the place was perfect. Close to a ton of restaurants, yoga studios, grocery stores and just under a mile from the Union Station Metro stop. Turns out the owner is also a friend of one of the folks that stayed at the place.

Great... really!

We stayed for three days. Our family, ages 7 to 85, thoroughly enjoyed living in this home. It is as described: comfortable and thoughtfully furnished, very clean, well located, everything worked, and management contacts were easy. We highly recommend this property.

Great Flat close to everything!

Great find close to everything! Plenty of room for our family of 5. Walking distance to grocery, shopping and restaurants. The location made our trip easy walking to and from Union Station for easy access to all of Washington DC. Street parking can be tricky; however, we never had any issues. Our boys play soccer and it was nice to be close to two schools with soccer fields for them to kick the ball around during downtime. We would definitely stay again when our adventures bring us to DC.

Beautiful home!

We loved the neighbors and the neighborhood! We especially loved the park across the street and watching the kids play basketball, soccer and softball on our down time. Thank you, thank you you made our road trip much more enjoyable!

Very nice property. Clean, plenty of space and great location. Beds were comfortable. Nicely appointed furniture and kitchen. Across the street from a school with a great playground that gathers families when school is not in session. About 5-8 minutes from union station for metro.

Perfect Accomadations!

It was the perfect place for our family including a 2 year old and 4 year old to stay. Communications with the host were great! Always got a response in a timely manner. The house was very clean and the amenities were excellent. The kids loved the park across the street. H street was so close and convenient for grocery shopping. Its proximity to Union Station was a plus as part of our group arrived by train. Also, street parking was always available. We would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful experience

Booked this to meet our son’s family for the Army 10 miler race. House was a perfect location to all DC destinations. Extremely clean, lots of extras and in a safe area. Pleased with parking and extras such as some metro cards that were left for us. Only drawback, not for us, but older visitors may be the stairs to upper level where rooms located. Beds very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mr Lu. Well done.

Overall, this was the perfect place for the 6 of us to stay over a long weekend! It was close to Union Station, so getting around DC was easy. The Union Market area is nearby for great shopping/food/etc. The house itself was just like the photos, maybe even better. Sometimes pictures make a place look nicer/bigger, but we were in awe of the space, which had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, kitchen supplies were abundant, and they even were stocked with complimentary coffee and bathroom shampoo/conditioner/body wash. If I have family or friends in town again, this place would be at the top of my list.

Excellent Property

Close to downtown. Store and restaurants close. Busses and metro close. The house is adorable and nicely stocked. The stairs may be a concern for some. I’m 78 and didn’t have a problem. There is a hide a bed downstairs if necessary. The hosts are wonderful and very accommodating. Love this place
