This place was great!

We loved this house and had a great family stay. The community, and the house, are clean and well kept. There were a couple spots that had been repaired and needed to be painted, but based off the rest of the house I’m sure that will happen quickly. They were very responsive and we would come here again.

Great Place to Stay

This place was just what we were looking for. It is just as it appears in the photos. There weren’t photos of the two car garage, or the back patio, but we enjoyed using both. A garage door opener would have made it even better! There was only one steak knife, and no paring knife. You might want to bring your own if you plan to do much cooking :) I forgot to bring tin foil for baked potatoes, & had to use the foil from the oven shelf. I did get some foil & replaced it in the oven. I left it at the property for future renters. There is no plastic wrap or ziplocks, so again, bring some if you have a need for them. We also replaced the rusted out can opener, so that should be in working order. Other than a few kitchen items, we thought it had everything we needed. We are used to cable at home, so figuring out TV without cable had it’s challenges. We were able to mirror our phones on the living room TV & connect to UTube TV. You younger tech savvy folks will be able to figure this out much easier than us! But better instructions on this might be helpful. We didn’t really use the upstairs, but it is very spacious, & well laid out for a larger group. We would definitely stay here again!

Baseball trip

Great property!

We ended up in the condo because the one we originally rented had become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the agency’s control. Initially, we weren’t thrilled with the location but it ended up fitting our needs and the location was great. We’ve stayed in this location multiple times now and will definitely be back.

The perfect getaway

We had such an enjoyable stay at this property. Everything was clean, the rooms were spacious, the pools were wonderful, plenty of towels and dishes for 10 people. We even had to contact property management because of a chirping fire alarm. They took care of it quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great unit for a family vacation

Very comfortable property and spacious with plenty of sleeping options. Only minor complaints were broken blinds and shutters in some rooms, missing light bulbs, hot water a little too hot, upstairs master toilet had to be adjusted to prevent overflow, internet not connected for smart TV. Would love to rent this property again.

Super nice place

Had a great time with the fam. Very very nice place. Spacious and very well appointed. Has everything you could ever need. Beds were so incredibly comfy. Good location. Good communication with owner/host. Just wish the owner/cleaning fees weren't quite so high.

Fantastic condo for Zion!

5 star condo, very large, awesome kitchen, great patio, lots of space, nice appliances/ laundry, easy access, short scenic drive to Zion, great neighborhood! We were very happy, thank you!

Very Nice place, Great location! Will stay there again!!

This was a great place for our 3 families to stay for our vacation. Plenty of room and didn’t feel cramped at all. The house had everything we needed and more. The sheets were super soft and beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for everything we did and it was just a short walk across the street to the pool and hot tub! We will definitely be staying at this place again next time we come to St George!!

This house was amazing!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It was roomy and comfortable. The grandkids loved feeding the ducks at the pond, and swimming at the pool. I would definitely start here again:)

Amazing, relaxing get-away!

We were extremely pleased with our stay here. The communication was excellent. Very spacious, well equipped, and a great layout. The house was very clean, and had everything you could need. So relaxing and plenty of room for everybody. Super short walk to the community pool. Easy access to St. George, Zion NP, and Sand Hollow. Great view off the patio, shaded in the evening. Absolutely met every expectation! We’ll be back!

Great stay

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Kolob. Big, clean and well equipped. We were visiting for Ironman St. George and the location was perfect for accessing Sand Hallow lake as well as for getting to the town of St. George. It is also an easy drive to Zion National Park. We would stay here again if we return!

Spacious, comfortable, and convenient

We really enjoyed our stay. We came to the area to visit Zions National Park and to see some things in St. George. You were a great location for both of those things. There was plenty of room for both of our families and the kids enjoyed being so close to the pool and having the air hockey table to play with. I was impressed with how organized and clean everything was. I loved being able to cook meals and save money and the kitchen was well stocked with all the things we needed. We were missing our port-a-crib at first, but one was brought right over and it worked great. Thanks for a great stay. Highly recommended.
