The space
The 3 bedrooms are located on the top floor. The master bedroom has a full bathroom inside of it. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway to be shared with the guests in the other two rooms on the top floor.
The second floor is a huge open space concept design which includes the kitchen, dining room ,living room, bar area equipped with basic bar tending utensils and access to the outside deck patio.
The first floor (ground floor) is equipped with an entryway bench, a den/office with a desk & chair, a wall mounted 55 inch Smart OLED TV and hardwired ethernet wall plate for 1 gig FiOS speed.
In the Garage is a Brand Spanking new 2021 Fully loaded Tesla Model Y Performance for rent! (No other vehicles may be parked in the garage).You will need the Turo app to rent the vehicle. Inquire for specifics!

The green line Anacostia metro station is a mile away. Multiple bus stops are located in walking distance. Parking is ample and free.There are no D.C street parking restrictions in this neighborhood. Uber and Lyft are also in the area along with Lyft electric scooters and bicycles.
There is a fully loaded brand new 2021 Tesla Model Y in the garage that's available for rent if you would like to explore D.C in style! You will need the Turo app to rent.
Other things to note
The home is located in a quiet residential area in walking distance to a small Smithsonian museum, Martha's table, an elementary school and a recreational center. The home has 3 levels and 2 flights of stairs.
