The property was well represented by the photos. The location was extremely convenient for anyone wanting to use the DC Metro trains. Overall the neighborhood and immediate neighbors were very quiet, to the point of not noticing anyone around. The secured parking in the back was easily accessible by a full size SUV. Would certainly stay here again.

The property itself is great. Having a parking pad that is locked is definitely a great bonus and being about a 4-minute walk to the Metro is wonderful. The place itself is nice and has good amenities.

Great place to stay; very convenient Metro access (2 blocks to Stadium metro station). We really appreciated how easy it was to check in as well as how responsive the host was to our questions. We will certainly be booking another stay in the future!

We loved sitting outside on the patio with the fire pit. The bbq grill was nice also. Very convenient with the metro two blocks away and a grocery store was a 10 minute walk.

If you believe the old saying "the devil is in the details", then this probably ISN'T the property for you. We paid just short of $5k for a week here, and based upon multiple renting experiences across the country, I don't believe that my expectations were unreasonable, and they certainly weren't met. The place has a great location to the Metro and was clean, but someone from Great Dwellings needs to spend some time/$ here. Our troubles started upon arrival; the door code we were given didn't work, thankfully our contact was responsive. Once inside we found that the wi-fi info wasn't correct & had to figure that out on our own. There was only one set of TV remotes and between all of them there were no working batteries, nor were there any extras until they were delivered a day later. TV's are small, not high definition. Kitchen had no paper towels and only one hand towel, and only one extra trash bag. Microwave has no glass insert for the rotating part so it's a little challenging to use. Upstairs had it's own set of issues. Blinds in both master bedroom and second bedroom had been destroyed and covered over with black "shades" that went all the way to the floor. There are ants and if you leave the lamp on the nightstand on a few flying bugs show up as well. There's only one hair dryer that works, and it only works on low. The worst thing we saw is what appeared to be black mold in the corners of the skylight in the master bath. Maybe back to hotels for us.

My husband and I stayed with our two teenagers for 3 nights and had a great time. The home has everything you need and space for everyone. Making the reservation and check in was super easy. Loved the secured parking spot.

We stayed here in mid-August on a family trip to see shows and visit museums over a long weekend. The property is lovely, very modern and clean. Almost perfect! The only things to be aware of would include the temperature control in the upstairs bedrooms. In the summer the freestanding air conditioners are needed for proper cooling. Some type of window treatment/cover in the upstairs room with the Murphy bed is also needed. But all in all, a darling apartment with lovely deck/balcony and the manager provided excellent communication and instructions. We would definitely rent again!

We throughly enjoyed our 5 days and 4 nights at this property… It was not only beautiful it made us feel so at home staying here. The amenities were perfect and upper and lower patios were so relaxing! Our host was simple OUTSTANDING… providing great communication that made our stay so enjoyable!!!

The location for this property is a huge selling point. Two blocks to metro yet in a quiet neighborhood away from hustle and bustle. We used transit the majority of our stay which was convenient and fast since DC traffic is awful. We did rent a zip car for one day and enjoyed having a dedicated spot to park. Property was clean. Beds were very comfortable and my boys were pleased with soft blankets. We didn’t cook while there so I cannot speak to kitchen amenities. Property owner was very responsive to emails typically within minutes. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would choose this spot again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was renovated with higher-quality amenities. Our Highlander fit well in the back parking, which is secure with a metal retractable garage door. There was also available parking out front of the home if you have more than one vehicle. The beds and home were comfortable and we would definitely stay again. We found the Metro being a 3-4 minute walk from the home super convenient.

Excellent for three adults. Would for certain stay here again. House is furnished perfectly. Be prepared for a bit too much communication after booking with owner wanting Driver's License info, etc.. Be prepared for so many emails from the time you book to the day you arrive. Upon arrival, I wish I had just one email with everything I need---address, parking info, codes to get into house, check in and check out policies. Just know upfront it's time consuming answering owner questions and reading all the emails but once you check in everything is perfect.

The pictures in the listing tell the story. You'll find the place is represented well. Nice neighborhood. Convenient location to the Stadium/Armory Metro stop. The bedrooms are small, but this is a townhouse in a classic neighborhood, so that's to be expected. Had a couple minor issues that the uber-responsive owner addressed. Our family of four adults would stay here again.

We really enjoyed this stay. The closeness to the Metro and the dedicated secure parking space made it a prime location. The neighborhood was quiet during our stay and the amenities in the house made it relaxing and enjoyable. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and there was a lot of information about visiting and touring the area. We had a bit of a hiccup trying to get in the first night as the electronic lock didn't want to cooperate, but the host was quick to fix the issue and there were no more door problems. Recommend this place as a base for touring by Metro, but also easy access to the highways to get to other places as well. Thanks for the stay.

We had a great time visiting Washington DC with 2 14-year-old girls. The distance to the metro and the direct line to the heart of Washington was greatly appreciated. The house was comfortable and made it nice to hang in the evenings we did not go out, especially the outdoor space. The check-in / check-out process was smooth. We used a luggage drop-off service that the owner suggested on our last day after checking out. It made our last day so enjoyable. All in all a great place to stay a short time.
