Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
When I arrived staffing was limited, we had to wait a while to be checked in and for valet even though we were the only ones checking in at the moment. Over all staff was friendly at check in and the place seemed nice and clean. However day 2 we needed clean sheets and the place still seemed excessively short staffed for the amount of customers waiting to be helped. We asked for sheets and the lady said okay in a short dismissive way. We waited about 45 minutes then called the front from our room to just ask once more thinking maybe they were busy and forgot. She rudely said “yes you’ve already asked once and I told them” it took us 5 hours to receive our clean sheets. Then we noticed roaches and bugs in our room. One large alive roach crawling under our bed. The place was constantly crowded and we could hardly get in and out of the elevators and around the bar to leave the area as everyone was crowding around the front. It just created a stressful and uncomfortable experience. The purpose of my trip was to be able to relax with family for 2 days and we really just wanted somewhere we could stay in our room and relax and maybe go down to the bar for some drinks and food but with the roaches and bugs, and the lack of service and constant crowds it was not a good experience at all. I would not book here again.
