Great Place in a Great Location

This location was perfect for our family of 5. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Capital and even a closer walk to Eastern Market. It was a cozy little spot that we would love to visit again on our next trip to DC!

Great stay in perfect location

The apartment was clean and very comfortable in a beautiful Capitol Hill neighborhood. We had easy access to Eastern Market, Capitol Hill, the museums, Union Market and H Street. Check-in was super easy and the property management company was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for DC Activities

This cute little basement apartment is perfectly located for activities on Capitol Hill. Situated in a safe, cute neighborhood, the apartment was clean and well appointed. The hosts communicated well and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

The place was as advertised and the check-in process was seamless. Great property, close to the capital in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was as expected. The only thing I would recommend is having a fan or two available to use in the unit.
