Enjoy all of DC with the whole family to this brand new home with lots of room for fun. This four level townhouse has three bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms. Drink your morning coffee on the private outdoor deck overlooking the District. Enjoy stainless steel appliances in this modern kitchen or take a short walk to dine in downtown Anacostia.

You can even have an extra guest or two sleep on the spacious 7 person couch or bring an air mattress for the first level.

Not As It Seems

I would be careful renting here. The couch was dirty and not as it appears on the photo. The bed sheets had a cigarette burns and dirty along with the mattress having stains of what appears to be body fluids. The drawers and closets have items from the owner as they live there and leave when they rent. The fridge & freezer was full of used items and the kitchen table had multiple vases of dead flowers on them where we could not use it completely. The property owner was dodging the issue and not cooperative. Had to go buy our own sheets and comforter when we arrived at 9pm, no where else to go at that point so we placed multiple layers in between. The owner was not helpful in finding a solution. Location was great to the National Mall and sights but would find another option.
