Great house in a great location

We stayed for a weekend in May 2025. The house was clean and well-stocked, and as described. Good parking for 2 vehicles in the rear with good access from the alley. Communication from the manager/owner was excellent! It's in a very nice and safe neighborhood, and the check-in process could not have been easier. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great property for a family

My wife and two kids (11 and 13) rented this property for our stay in DC. The property fit our needs perfectly. Both of my kids were able to have their own room and the master bedroom was more than spacious. The accommodations in the home all met our expectations. The locations takes between 15-30 minutes to get to any of the major attractions in the area which is exactly what we were looking for.The parking in the alley was very nice, but it would be very tight to fit two cars on the parking pad. We only had one so that was not a concern for us. Overall I would strongly recommend this property for a family looking for someplace to stay a little outside of the heart of DC.

Not the Hilton

It didn't start well. We arrived to find house dirty with food and dirty dishes all around. Agent was responsive but we could not use house until two hours later. Many nice to haves are missing, like tissues, washcloths, non-slip shower mats, wine glasses. But the worst was when 2 smoke alarms went off in after midnight. Agent responded but we were left to fix it on our own without a ladder or any tools. Makings things worse alarms were never repaired or replaced for the balance of our stay.P.S.The downstairs 4th bedroom is only accessible by going outside.
