Great location an accommodation!

This was an adorable apartment that was perfect for my stay to visit my daughter who lives in the neighborhood. It really had everything you could want. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because you could hear the apartment above. It was a family with kids above running back-and-forth during the day and at 6:15 am I heard the adult leaving for work. You can’t fault them for living their life though!

Great stay! Saw a lot!

We had a great stay! Squeezed in with our two kids under two! Pack and plays were provided for an extra charge and it worked out perfect! It’s small so it was cozy with the kids stuff all set up but perfect location to walk all over! We had a great time!

Beautiful apartment and lovely location!

We had a wonderful visit at this basement apartment. Everything felt fresh and clean inside, and it was just a 3 minute walk to the playground and a 10-15 minute walk to yummy coffee and other local restaurants. It was quiet and calm. Thank you for hosting us!

Mismanaged though nice stay

There is a reason why this listing doesn't have any VRBO reviews, and that is because the management company who operates the listing is terrible. I did not receive any information on the listing, including how to get into the stay until I called several times the day I arrived (which was in 16* weather). I waited for over twenty minutes to access the stay, and when I got in the internet did not work and the host clearly had never been in the listing to know where items (ie router) were. The coffee pot never worked, I didn't receive information on parking until I was looking at a printed page in the stay. The stay was cute but all of this mismanagement left a sour taste in my mouth. To the hosts, stay on top of your listings so this does not happen to another unfortunate soul.

Perfect location and easy to access Senate offices and the Capitol! We will definitely stay again for future trips. Very family friendly and hosts were excellent!

Absolutely spectacular!

We loved everything about this place! The unit was spotless upon arrival and was well appointed with all the basic necessities. The space accommodated our family of four and even included child friendly dinnerware. We will be staying here again. Thank you for making our weekend getaway a pleasure!
