A beautiful stay in Petworth

My family and I had a great stay at this property. It’s homey, spacious, and great for a large group. The host was extremely responsive and was there to accommodate us with anything we needed! Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the DC area.

Overall great experience

Everything about this property exceeded expectations. The property manager made the check in and out easy and was responsive when we had questions. I definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the DC area.

Weekend Getaway

It was a nice holiday weekend away with friends. Location was great - near restaurants and bars, the neighborhood was quiet, the rental was spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped - we were able to cook a dinner one night. Only one issue with the water heater but management was quick to respond and assist.

Great Location, Comfortable, Clean

The neighborhood feels safe, very walk-able, and 0.3 miles from a metro train station (Green line). Beds are comfortable, and the private area in the basement is a nice touch with the extra washer, drier, and range. Neighbors are quiet, and the kitchen is well stocked with plates and cutlery. Good strong internet connection.

Wonderful in Petworth

This is a beautiful property with plenty of room and is exactly as listed. It is clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed to make for a great time in DC. The beds were comfortable. We also liked its location, just three blocks from a Metro stop and three blocks from a Safeway. We did not want to leave and will definitely stay here if we are ever again in DC.

Perfect in Petworth

What a gem of a place to stay during our trip to DC. Cleaner than clean, well stocked, comfy beds, soft sheets and cushy towels, this house exceeded expectations. We didn’t use the downstairs unit but it was nice to know that it was there and unoccupied so we could have used it. We used the kitchen everyday for breakfast and dinner. It had everything we needed for cooking and Safeway was just down the street for food. We even had groceries delivered, wh oh was so convenient! The metro was short walk away and easy to navigate with the app. Parking was a deal breaker for our rental, so we appreciated having parking spaces behind the house. (Just a warning though … looks like many DC driveways are accessed by alley ways. The alley at the house was quite narrow and took us a few attempts to park a large rental SUV.) Overall, fantastic rental. This was heads above any hotels were we could have stayed in. recommended l

Graduation trip w family

This authentic row house in Petworth was perfect for our few days in The District. I was able to WFH with the great WiFi while the fam did DC things. They had a short walk to the green line and I walked to a fun lunch at Honeymoon Chicken. House was clean on arrival w easy check-in and good communication. Bedrooms upstairs and downstairs w living area on main. We used the parking space provided. This was the perfect spot for us to get an authentic DC residential experience close to our daughter, and house generations of family for a graduation visit for great value. Would stay again!
