Bright English basement

We didnt really need to open the blinds (but could have) as this place was full of light in the front rooms during the day. It was clean and had enough space for us to relax on a couch in front of the tv after a long day of walking. Directions are clearly posted all over. We had a great stay & hope to be back.

Police Week Hideaway

Needed to be close by as support for police week, needed a quiet escape in the evening and this was perfect. Lots of colorful eateries and little markets. Come and enjoy.

Perfect. Bed was great. Heating system a bit confusing — but figured it out. Was very convenient to be so close to Harry’s Teeter grocery. Will probably come back again if available next trip.

Great spot!

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only slight issue we encountered was parking. Get there early or you will be parking and walking from far away! The host was nice and very helpful. A+ experience!

A perfect spot new central Adams Morgan

This is a clean, convenient spot in a quiet neighborhood managed by an extremely helpful owner. I will stay again the next time I visit the area. Close (half a blcok) to a grocery store and a few hundred yards to many dining options in Adams Morgan. A gem of a place.

Great location

The location and size were just right for our visit with family in Adams Morgan. Close to restaurants and shops and practically next door to grocery store. We highly recommend for a couple wanting a comfortable place in a walkable DC neighborhood.

Great location

Good access to S2, S9, and 96 bus lines servicing the Mall and White House. Great choice elf restaurants on 18th Street. Harris teeter grocery store is right around the corner.

Great DC visit

We enjoyed our stay. Great area with grocery store and fun restaurants within a walk. Place was comfy and clean and a perfect place to relax after trekking to the DC sites. We don’t mind driving into the city but there is a metro station in next town.( if you have a car better be a small one- parking is a challenge by the apartment but we did just fine)

Great place!

This was a very nice apartment not far from Downtown DC. It was perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood, well stocked and very clean. The owner was so quick to reply to my many questions. Loved that there was a beautiful grocery store just steps away. Highly recommend.

The right fit

The apartment was just what I needed for my trip. It was nice walk from the place to the Omni, where my conference was held. I felt safe coming abd going. I appreciated the ease of check-in and check-out. I am also grateful to the host for gelping to secure parking during my stay. Would stay here again.

PERFECT LOCATION April 24 - 28

The location is perfect for this rental. grocery is minutes to walk to, Restaurants are walking distance. And after a long busy day of site seeing perfect place to come back to for unwinding and relaxing. Very little street noise and safe location. Manger was awesome Janine went out of her way to help with parking passes . I highly recommend this rental for anyone going to the DC area.

Great location

In the perfect spot a block from my daughter. Nice to have a desk and washer/dryer. I don't know why people complained about sticky notes. They helped! I would have liked a broom to sweep away the stinky ginko fruit outside the door. Lots of room for a small place. I'll stay again.

Great apartment, great location

This apartment was perfect for our quick getaway - cute, clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and conveniently located in a lovely neighborhood. We walked everywhere and loved being close to grocery and restaurants. We had everything we needed and Janine was a very helpful and responsive host. I especially appreciated the shower water pressure, comfortable bed and soft bedding, and the choice of coffee and teas. The upstairs folks were a little loud one night, but it wasn't a huge issue for me. I used the provided noise machine and was fine. We would definitely stay here again.
