Welcome to your home away from home! We're so glad you're staying with us, and we want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Here’s some helpful information to ensure everything goes smoothly:

• Personal Care & Cooking Essentials
To get your stay off to a great start, we provide basic personal care and cooking supplies for your first few nights, so you won’t have to worry about running out to stock up right away. From toiletries to kitchen staples, we’ve got you covered!

• HVAC
The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, the system is managed according to outdoor temperatures.

The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind! 💦 Access comes with a 10USD daily fee, and you’ll receive wristbands after payment to enter.

⚠️ Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a 100USD replacement fee. So keep them safe and dive into your vacation fun! 🏖️💫

• Parking Guidelines
We only offer one parking space and to avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Only 1 parking spot. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
