This place was perfectly located. It was confusing when i approached it and discovered they have a separate bar and comedy club. The elevator is old but it works. The room was small but functional and the bed was comfortable and clean.

Excellent location and unique room. Beds surprisingly comfortable. If you are looking for a cheap place in a great location to explore the whole city that’s close to morning coffee, the metro, and a convenient store for all of your needs I recommend this place. Felt safe the whole stay!

Location is perfect with lots of public transportation around. Room was very clean. Housekeeping staff was excellent. AC was excellent. Front office staff was friendly and very helpful. A refrigerator in the room would have made our stay more convenient.

The room was very minimally furnished. The location is good. The elevator is difficult to get in and out off. (One of those old-fashioned ones that you have to close manually, but this one is problematic to operate.)

For the location and price it is spot on however: the hotel is very dated and requires a full refurbishment. The bed was clean as was the linen and bathroom. The AC was right next to the bed and sounded like a trucks gearbox.
The lift can only be described as authentic for a bygone era.
If you want fancy put a zero on a nights stay. If you simply want a place to sleep whilst seeing DC this is for you.
