The location of the River Inn is excellent. It is in a nice neighborhood, with like a 20-30 mins walk to the DC Mall. There are multiple restaurants and super markets relatively close. The hotel itself also contains an Italian restaurant that was fine, the breakfast is also there. The staff of the hotel is helpful and the rooms are clean and big. The room contains a lot of extra facilities such as cooking facilities. We had a great stay.

Loved everything about my stay here at The River Inn. The Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The room/suite was very spacious and comfortable feeling like a home. It’s literally 10 minutes from The Wharf which is the waterfront with great restaurants and fun nightlife. Very easy 30min drive to watch The Commanders (NFL). And they have complimentary bikes to ride around historic DC. Couldn’t have asked for a better bang for my buck.
