DC trip

Nice place, great location. It only took us about 25-30 minutes to get to downtown DC and see all the memorials and museums and Arlington Cemetery. There were 5 of us and we all had plenty of space. The basement area was nice and private.

Lovely House Close to Everything

Such a clean and lovely house. Very close to Catholic University (we were moving our freshman in). Parking was a big plus (you’ll need some backup parking skills, though). Very nice neighbors - quiet street for the most part. You’re far enough away from the busy metro center but close enough to a metro stop and easy to drive anywhere. TV’s are easy to hook up your own computer or login to your streaming apps. Kitchen was great - high-end appliances. Super responsive communication with the property via the Vrbo app. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The stove we tried to use but couldn’t get it to get hot. The burners would turn on but continuously clicked like trying to light but was lit already. If you turned it down it turned off. Great location for us and other than trying to cook thing were great

Great Getaway Spot for Friends and Family

Five friends, women, all 60-ish, had a great time at the house. Kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. It was great to be able to spread out across three floors. Living room area was cozy and inviting. Bedrooms comfortable and clean. Outdoor space was a plus (we did not use the grill). We appreciated the quality linens (cotton), and eco-friendly soaps and lotions. We had one car so one private spot was plenty for us. The location was fine. We knew we would not be in the middle of DC, but it was only a 20-minute drive to main sights. There aren’t any grocery stores near the house, so having a car was helpful. Photos on the sight were accurate. Neighborhood was quiet. Management was responsive.
