Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC/U.S. Capitol
Room is spacious and clean, water pressure is great. Reception is also very nice and welcoming. They allow you to drop off your luggage by the front desk if your flight is late/early. Close to a lot of shops like grocery, pharmacy and Starbucks, plus also very close to the nearest metro.

Global Luxury Suites at Capitol Hill
No one was glad I arrived. I didn't use the Latch app because I couldn't find a password. I didn't want to email them my credit card # but was able to check in by phone.
