"Clean, beautiful, comfortable cabin. Video and board games came in handy during the rain. Boat rental place in walking distance. The hosts responded quickly to any questions I had leading up to and while at their place. Highly recommend this cabin."
Moose Lodge at Lake Mohawksin

"We had a nice week spent at the Moose Lodge with family. When we entered the cabin, it was very clean and we soon found out that we overpacked because the cabin was well stocked with just about anything we could think of. The host was great and communicated in a timely manner for any questions we had. We were surprised to find the shed down by the lake stocked with life vests, fishing poles, water floats, cornhole, and many other things to do. The cabin has much to offer to keep kids entertained between the board games, puzzles, pool table, ping pong, movies, slot machine, and many water activities at the lake. Our granddaughter also had fun at the local playground and splash pad at Washington park. We did not end up catching as many fish as we had liked, but were starting to figure out some spots before we left. If taking a boat out be sure to look at the lake map in the coffee table to see the areas where stumps are possible. There are a few that were not visible. We moved slowly at idle speed in those areas knowing we may bump into a few stumps. As always, time went by way too fast, but we would recommend this cabin and plan to stay again sometime."

"Phenomenal place. Hoping to book again next year. House itself was great.Felt like it could use a dehumidifier and better utensils. Needs sharpened knives or better quality. Could have used smaller bowls several times.The location has neighbors but still has privacy and feels secluded. The wifi worked well but limited cellular service which was good for unwinding from technology for all. The host is great with responses. Loved having access to a washer and dryer for all the swimming we did. The lake is very clear and the fishing was amazing mostly for panfish. The beach would benefit from a rake for the goose droppings. We appreciated having the Kayaks provided and beach toys. We had campfires and grilled out. The bunk bed rooms felt stuffy when the rooms were closed at night. If there is a way to vent them or circulate them better that would be good."
