「While the hotel itself is nice, it’s lacking features are available activities for off season. There was little to no evening entertainment, there was evening entertainment for only 2 nights out of the 7.
Also, indoor pools should be heated! Especially in off season. Asked two members of staff as to why it’s cold and if we could get it warm but they replied with “I don’t know.” Both indoor and outdoor pools were freezing!!
Some members of staff are alright whereas some have a stroppy face...

「We had a family suite in the new part of the hotel. The room was super clean with everything we needed for the stay. The view wasn't the best as it overlooked the front of the hotel and adjacent hotel and also the waste storage area. These bins were emptied early every morning with a big waste truck, which isn't the best wake up alarm you could hope for. But on the whole not much of a concern.
