The picture shown is not of the actual site. Questionable electrical as loose wires seen. Broken drawer facing, broken chairs at island. Hole in drywall length of top wall oven, combustibles on multiple shelving unit in garage. Poison container for varmints on kitchen floor, light switch covered with blue construction tape, unclean, odorous. Outdoors unkept, weeds, fire pit on patio with tree limbs and trash on patio. Overall unclean, unsafe. So very sorry I could not leave a good review.

The owner gave us the wrong number of the unit we'd rented so it took awhile to contact her and figure out which unit was ours and how to access it (be aware there are other people staying in other parts of the house, did not have a problem with them but is good to know).   The photos she had posted for our unit was not the one she had us staying in. The house is on an acreage in the country.   The TV remote never worked the three days while we were there.  The unit was fairly clean but lots of repairs need to be made with the kitchen cabinets, holes in walls, curtain fell down in bedroom, etc.  We will not be staying here again.

While driving to our destination for a family reunion I was searching for the door code that was not on my confirmation email. Now an hour after check-in time I finally reached the host and she said "Oh I canceled you"! I said no, no you did not. I have a confirmation email and the funds were withdrawn from our account. She kept saying "No I canceled you, the roof is leaking". Then she proceeded to tell me to call VRBO to cancel and hung up on me. I could not get ahold of VRBO and the virtual chat was useless, basically just told me this is unacceptable of the host. No kidding. We had no where to stay. The host finally called me back and stated she had canceled me and will refund me. We then had to scramble to find a place for our entire family and dog for the weekend, a holiday weekend mind you. We found a nice Holiday Inn but was a 40 min drive from the family reunion. VRBO did nothing to compensate. This host has apparently done this to our family members who booked it previously for a family event, wish I had known that. Anyhow, DON'T RECCOMEND
