We had an excellent stay at this beautiful and peaceful farm house. The owner was very helpful and available if we needed anything. The house was well appointed, comfortable, and peaceful. We will definitely be back if we need to return to this area.

Lovely weekend in Waterford

Waterford is far enough away from Washington, but close enough to make a weekend getaway easy. And staying at Scarlet Springs Farm for the weekend was truly the icing on the cake. And Laura and her family made our stay even better. The house is well appointed - fantastic kitchen, comfy beds, beautiful views from back deck. This is a wonderful location to visit so many interesting vineyards, farm stands, nurseries, and some very nice restaurants in Purcellville. We look forward to visiting the farm again in Spring.

Stay for family wedding

This property is very special. The house is beautifully updated and decorated and very comfortable including the beds. There was a good amount of space for us, 2 kids and a Nanny. Being able to see horses outside the kitchen window was my dream come true! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and gave us a tour of their property. We were there to spend time with family and attend a family wedding in Leesburg. The drive was about 20 minutes long. The area is beautiful and worth the drive. We went to Washington DC which was 1.5 hours. This is a great location. The only things that could be better would be higher speed internet, having plastic plates and bowls for kids, and a better shower head for the downstairs shower which sprays crazy. None of these things detracted from our experience as a whole. I hope we have a reason to come back to this area because I would love to stay here again!

A lovely farm house; great for a group!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely property for our wedding weekend. Great for a large group, gorgeous area and convenient location, and clean and cozy house! Laura is very communicative and super approachable. Thanks for a lovely weekend!
