「Wonderful property! Our only concern was a noisy a/c unit. All of the staff were so polite and helpful! We ate breakfast at the hotel both mornings. The food and the service were excellent! We ate a light dinner at The Fox and Hound Lounge in the hotel on our first night. Great food, adult beverages and service.」

「Basic room that was clean. Parking is a breeze. Great location for restaurants. Pool looked fine, but didn't use it. This is a great deal for a basic hotel room. Felt like a safe area as well.」

「The pillows were small like the pillows you have on your couch. They was so flat you needed three pillows to make one. FYI take your on pillows. They was very old. Still needing some updates. Doors need to be replaced. Bathroom needs work. 」

「We've stayed at several Comfort Suites and never had an issue, but this one was very below par. The facilites are in extreme need of a conplete overhaul. The room was dark, everything looks pretty worn out and the bathroom was extremely dingy. There was a lot of rusting going on and it felt dirty. The dining chairs are worn out and the breakfast was okay. We will not be coming back and do not recommend this hotel to anyone until some updates have been made. 」

「Whoever was in there before me must’ve liked popcorn because the carpet still had popcorn on it, especially underneath the desk. I just cleaned it up myself and did not say anything to the front desk receptionist. Bed was clean so I guess that’s all it matters.」

The manager, Rakesh Goswami, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of—his helpfulness truly made a difference in our stay. Our housekeeper was also exceptional, keeping everything clean, comfortable, and welcoming. 「Room 305 was neat and clean. Desk clerk was helpful and courteous, although desk seemed abandoned at times. Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. The overall building facility seemed not quite up to Hampton Inn quality. 」
