Nestled just above the coast of the Waternish Peninsula, Silverwood is a beautifully proportioned single-storey retreat designed for those seeking peace, luxury and panoramic sea views. Floor-to-ceiling windows dominate the front elevation, framing the view across Isay and Mingay to the Outer Hebrides, and filling the living space with ever-changing light.

The interior is thoughtfully designed with quality in every detail: a wood-burning stove creates a warm, comforting atmosphere, while the open-plan layout enhances the spacious feel. With its elevated position — just 60 metres above the coast and adjacent to a croft — the view is your constant companion, whether you’re curled by the fireplace on a rain-laced evening or sipping wine on the terrace as dusk descends.

For nights when skies are clear, Silverwood sits within a designated Dark Sky region. When the world outside fades, the stars come alive — offering guests a rare, expansive canopy overhead that complements the serenity within.



The Area
